We deliver nationwide across South Africa by courier, with fast local delivery across Gauteng.
Rates & free delivery
FREE nationwide courier delivery on orders over R800. For orders under R800, a flat courier rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Timeframes
Gauteng (local): typically 1–2 business days. Major centres nationwide: typically 2–4 business days. Outlying areas may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Fresh & perishable items
Any fresh or chilled items are delivered within our Gauteng local radius only, to protect the cold chain. These are clearly marked on the product page.
Returns & refunds
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are fully respected. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at keegan@italianpantry.co.za with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For food-safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns of opened or perishable goods unless they were faulty on arrival. Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days in their original condition; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for the customer's account.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
