Where do you deliver?
Nationwide across South Africa by courier, with fast local delivery across Gauteng. Fresh and chilled items are limited to our Gauteng local radius.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over R800. Below that, a flat courier rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.
How long will my order take?
Gauteng: usually 1–2 business days. Other major centres: 2–4 business days. You'll get tracking once we dispatch.
Are your products authentic imported Italian goods?
Yes. We source from established importers and distributors of genuine Italian brands. We focus on the authentic, specialty range — the brands supermarkets don't carry.
Do you sell wine or other alcohol?
Not yet. Wine and spirits will be added in a later phase once licensing is in place. For now we're food-only.
How do I pay?
Secure online payment at checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Can I order for my restaurant or shop?
We're planning a wholesale/trade tier. Email keegan@italianpantry.co.za with your requirements and we'll be in touch.
Something arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
